Problems with Titan responsive photography theme image uploads

Lately every image that I upload to my site comes out in black and white when adding to the gallery.
The gallery only accepts shiba media library as I have tried next gen gallery plugin, which works fine as far as colored images are concerned but the gallery does not accept any type of upload apart from computer uploads.
I could be wrong but the problem seems to have arisen since upgrading wp to 3.7.1.
This has happened before and it got resolved, the problem being that I have no idea how this was resolved but if I am not mistaken it also happened when I updated to wp 3.6 so there might be a relation but this is just conjecture on my part.

That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Thanks but I have located the problem it is a plugin called auto image resizer lite so if anyone experiences that problem then you could ask them if they have that plugin as it might be the problem
