Problems with two different user names
-
When I got my first blog here, I used a different login name than for the several other blogs I have now. Now I need to go back and make changes to the original blog, which I have connected to my actual URL.
I KNOW what the password is, but it tells me I am wrong. When I put in my email addres, it send me a new password for the later “several other blogs” which I don’t want to change the password for…
How do I get a new password for the first blog, when all you send me is information for the later ones. I am really confused here… and the bottom line is this.. I want to move that ONE blog to the dashboard of the others, so I only have one place to look when working on them. ANY help is appreciated. I can’t find a number to call anyone or a chat window to get this resolved. Any ideas?

Did you use a different email address for each blog? You need to enter the email you used when creating the 1st account.
Also, it would help if you gave us a link to your blog starting with http.

Another thing, how long ago did you register your 1st blog?
Early on, WordPress.com allowed users to create several user accounts using the same email address. This created several problems with account management, so we had to make changes and require each user account to use a unique email address. Accounts may not share addresses.
