Problems with uploading new articles

I have a problem with uploading new articles. Always when I safe or publish it, only the headline is seenable and the whole text and pictures are deleted. I also tried to open a new blog, were I have the same problem.

Are you using a text editor like Word before pasting your content into your post editor at WordPress.com?
Rich text editors like Microsoft Word add a lot of extraneous code to their documents so that it displays correctly. Because of this, it’s not guaranteed to appear the same when you copy the contents from Microsoft Word and paste it into WordPress.com editor.
Let me know if that could be the problem, and I can give you some tips on how to avoid this in the future!

yes I use word before pasting it, but I always did it and it was never a problem. I didn`t do anything different than before. Is there maybe only a specific data volume per article allowed? When I only wrote a short text without pictures, it worked.Thank you in advance,

This issue may have been triggered by updates on your computer. We see this a lot with pasting from Word. We even have a button specifically for this! I’ve put a red box around it in this screenshot:
If you don’t see the second row of icons in your editor, click the button with the red arrow pointing to it.
Can you try pasting your content using that button and let me know if you’re still having issues publishing your content?

sorry but there is not “paste
from Word”-button. I can only see the “paste as textt”-button. :( -

We’ve updated the Visual editor since I last responded. We no longer have a Paste from Word button, but here are some directions to follow to avoid the extra code from Word:
As you’ll see, you’ll want to use the Paste as Text button now. Sorry for the confusion!
