problems with uploading videos with my posts on my blog

  Hi, I am ella of kemffashion blog, previously I was having problems with uploading pictures but now the problem is the video it keeps showing me errors please can someone help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Videos support page says,
  If you want to upload and host your video files on your blog, you can do that with VideoPress, which is included with the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans.
  Do you mean to upload videos, or just embed videos from video libraries for which embedding is supported by WordPress.com?

  Are you trying to upload images from files to the media library? What kind of error message do you see when you upload an image?
