problems with url

  Hi,
  I made a website in WordPress (theme twenty twelve). In the end, somebody changed the url from http://www.ld3web.wordpress.com to http://www.ld3.be, the name we wanted t have. How he did it, I do not know. On mobile phones there is no problem but a lot of browsers do not recognize the site. Somebody knows what I can do about this? Thanks!
