Problems with Username/Password and Database Error

Hi, reaching out to see if anyone has this specific issue. I cannot post in WordPress.org because even though I can log in to my blog through Yahoo Small Business, I cannot log in on WordPress.org’s site. Has anyone ever had this issue?
Currently, I am also having a random database error (‘Error Establishing a Database Connection’. It shows up sometimes when I log in, then sometimes I log in and it does this at the dashboard… then sometimes I get as far as creating a post, on for me to hit publish and it gives me the error. Can anyone help?
