Problems with username/password login

    Hi WP, I am trying to login to my website for maintenance (www.scrapltd.com.au) and my usual username/password did not work. I attempted on several occasions to reset the password in the usual way but it seems that your system does not recognise my username and I am in a contiual loop and not able to access the dashboard as the site comes up only with my personal account details and not the dashboard. I cannot seem to find a way around this???

    The reason why our password reset doesn’t work is because your site is not hosted with us.

    You can find the instructions to reset the password for a self-hosted site here:

    If that doesn’t work, please contact your hosting provider for assistance. We don’t have any access to that site, so we’re not able to help with this.
