Problems with video
-
I have tried several different ways of inserting a YouTube link into my video, but I can’t seem to get it to work. When I click the Insert Video button, choose From URL, and copy and past the YouTube URL, I see the URL inserted into the text of my writing area, but when I click Preview, nothing happens. I have also tried copying the Embed code that YouTube provides, and pasting that into the HTML of my blog, by clicking on the HTML tab. This gives me an empty box where the video should be, but when I click Preview, the box disappears. I’m using the Digg 3 Column theme — is that somehow incompatible with video?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@mjongsma: No wp.com theme is incompatible with Youtube videos. You should be seeing the video in both cases. Paste the video URL here so we can see what may be wrong.
And please paste the URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your username to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.
@dreamsburnred: Please try to learn that we don’t give replies if we don’t have a link to the blog in question.

Sorry, I thought my user name was linked to my blog URL (http://melaniejongsma.wordpress.com), but it wasn’t. I’ve changed that now.
The YouTube video I’m trying to insert in my blog is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEkg85KM_OE
Thank you — I appreciate any help you can offer!

Ok, I re-started my computer last night and went back to my blog this morning, and now when I post the youtube link, it shows up like it should.
Thanks for your help folks!
