Problems with WooCommerce and Gelato plugin

    Hi there,
    I have added the Gelato plugin because I want to start using Gelato for drop-shipping. I have contacted Gelato support because I am unable to publish products from Gelato to my WooCommerce store. The error is ‘Failed to publish. Please try again’.
    The feedback I have had from Gelato is as follows:

    Please also find a comment from our technical team with additional details below:

    This error is returned from time to time when we try to hit the customer’s Woo store API. This is mostly the result of when the server is not able to respond to the request sent and it can only be handled from the server side, we cannot do much about it from our end. Also as this happens from time to time our Gelato plugin health checks cannot be created for it.

    I’m not sure what the ‘critical error’ is, as my site seems to be working normally otherwise. I have a feeling I’m going to be left in between two entities, Gelato and WordPress, that won’t give me any further information.
    If anyone has any ideas I’d be very grateful.

    It looks like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin in particular, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com-hosted sites instead.

    We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our Business or eCommerce plans), so we’re not your best point of contact. The good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce in this forum:
