Problems with Woocommerce Payments

My customer made a purchase using his credit card. The payment appeared authorized, the money was not reflected in paypal or stripe.
I thought that being the first purchase it would take 7 days for the money to show up.
The seven days have passed and now the order is cancelled. A message appears saying that the payment authorization has expired.
What exactly is wrong?
