problems with woocommerce templates and their css

Hey, I am developing my own theme, but I’m facing problems with the woocommerce integration. Firstly, only the shop page is showing up, but its css is not being applied. Secondly, the other pages are not even showing up, the url is instead displaying my page.php page. I have tried adding woocommerce.php and adding ”, but it didn’t help. My website is not online yet(I’m working locally), so this is the github link. https://github.com/naderae/elbe-collections.
I think it has something to do with the file structure, because i tried doing the same with the twentyseventeen theme, and it worked fine…
I’ve been struggling with the same issue for almost a week now, any guidance would be really helpful.

Your account hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites yet, which suggests the one you are working on isn’t hosted here. It’s also worth noting WooCommerce can only be installed on WordPress.com sites with the Business plan. If you have a Business plan, please login to the account you purchased it through and contact us here.
If you are using self hosted WordPress.org software and have purchased a WooCommerce upgrade, there should be an option to open a support ticket from your dashboard here:

If not, the WooCommerce forums will be the best place to ask for advice:
