Problems With WordPress–Cropping Header and Post Disapearing

  Its not letting me crop my header: all I want to do is change my header, normally I upload a picture, the dotted rectangle is there to crop for the header, done. Now, it puts in the full sized picture and has a black square line where the header SHOULD be…help??

  Secondly, all the time I type posts, save, etc but when I go publish it like, erases the whole thing. I go to look at the post (usually one that was several hours of work) and its just the title and 1 picture, or just 1 random paragraph, or just pictures and no text or vice versa. Help?? I’ve emailed wordpress support twice and have not gotten answers.

  having the same trouble with the header, I have not recieved an answer either
