problems with wordpress/onesingnal plugin, please help

i use wordpress and i am trying to setup the plugin onesignal to send push notifications. i have watched many tutorials and done it all right, but the subscription bell is not showing up on my wordpress site and i am not sure what im doing wrong. i just need some insight or assistance. i love wordpress very much, thank you! <3
