Problems with Xanga Import

  I imported an XML file downloaded from xanga, got the email that was completed, but find no trace of it on my wordpress. Then, I thought, maybe it didn’t register. So I tried to re-upload, and now I keep getting getting stuck at a crossroad saying “this is not an XML file” when it clearly is. Please help!
