Add topic to favorites
Hello! I have problems with my comments, my page doesn’t show all of them anymore and it looks like i’ve removed them.

Hi there!

Could you please tell us more details? When I check your page I see the comments without issues. Are there just some comments that are not appearing? If so, could you please give us an example of a comment that does no appear on your site?

For exemple, at the post with books pictures, i have reader comment, my answer, reader comment, my answer. I can see all of them from my Wp App, on my phone, but on my site it seems like i talk almost alone. My readers comments are not there anymore.
If you go at my last post, one of my readers put a screenshot with that.
Ane, Ana, Roxana, wrote something there, but i can’t see their comments on my page. There are only my answers for them.

Hi there,

I see exactly what’s on that screenshot, which is the correct thing. Can you please take a screenshot of what you’re seeing so I can better understand what’s going on? You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and I’ll be able to see it. Here’s how to take a screenshot:

Helloo! There are, in my media library, two pictures with Ane’s and Roxana comments and my answers for them. Thank you!

Unfortunately, any comments made from April 21st at 9AM UTC, until today at 2PM UTC will not ever reappear.

It looks ok now, I can see my comments and my readers comments!

Lizkarkoski, it’s ok now. Now, i can see exactly like in your screenshot. But when i wrote here, the problem was that Aura’s comments and other comments were not there. So, now it looks all right.
