Problesm with vefiy my account / email

  I recently set up my email account and a new account with wordpress and my email resgister is not verfiy correctly like it should be . Even when I am refesing it is showing the email as alansmobilitytech.com. when it should be alansmobilitytech.com . This is a problem because I can not publish anything on my blog .
