i purchased 3 bundles that i need to cancel and after i initiated the cancel and refund link, it states i need to confirm cancellation. i am having trouble signing into the my email i provided. i need to cancel these transactions asap

@newportbeachsider: hi there, I went ahead and removed the three Bundles for you and refunded $271 (note that it may take up to 10 days for a refund to post to your account).
One of the Bundles used a domain mapping and registration credit ($26 value) for the custom domain name “newportbeachsidexperience.com”. I have not canceled this domain yet. Please note that once you cancel a domain name, there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to re-register it elsewhere.
If you want to host your site elsewhere, you don’t have to cancel your domain name. You can update the nameservers to point to your new host instead. Please see here for detailed instructions:
