Process a refund outside refund window

    Greetings,
    I purchased a wordpress.com 2 year business plan and have since then decided to not pursue this on my own due to time and ability. I have managed to remove the purchase, but how can i get a refund. If a refund is not issued, how can i use the funds on my account.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    It’s not possible to process a refund, this far past the refund window.

    If you wish, I can bring back the plan for you so that you can make use of the plan for the rest of the term?

    Additionally, would you be willing to tell me more about what you had in mind for the site? I can do my best to point you in the right direction and provide assistance with getting that site built so that you can make maximum use of the plan.

    Thank you for the feedback. Please proceed with restoring the plan to my account. I will try to find a way to use it.

    I am trying to get a website up that is based on templates from wpastra. It appears i need more plugins that i need to buy. I am still figuring my way around the platform and features. So probably not evaluating my options correct.
