Process for retrieving expired domain
-
Hi there,
I got the shock today that my website is not working, and that the domain has expired (I thought it was on auto-renew, and as I don’t log into it often didn’t see the messages in my inbox). As this is my main source of customers, I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible!
Please could someone guide me through the process of getting it back… I know there may be a fee, but this is ok – I just need it up and running.
Many thanks,
Angus

Hi there,
Is this for the domain, rinjanidawnadventures.com? That domain is now in redemption with our registrar, and they charge a $80 fee to restore a domain from this stage.
I’ve sent you a link via email which you can use to pay this fee. Once we receive payment I can email our registrar to try and get the domain back for you.
Let me know if you have any questions.

We’ve received your payment, thank you, and I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Your domain has been restored is showing your site again.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
