process limits

  it seems that i’ve exceeded my process limit in my error log and therefore my site is unavailable (all i get is a blank, white screen.) i’ve asked my hosting company, but they said it has something to do with my code as to why my processes won’t resolve. any clue on how to locate this/change this/fix this?
