I think there is some error in the import processing that it has been the following status for two days already:
‘Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, ‘Any one know how to cancel the processing and do the import again?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread with modlook for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
