Processing is taking to long

    i have purchased the premium plan for 1 year the payment is completed but processing almost there we’re currently finalizing your order message is showing how long i have to wait or is it a bug

    The payment should process very quickly. If you’ve been waiting for a while then I’d say it’s not working.

    There haven’t been any payments or charges made to your account. It is still on a free plan.

    Please try adding the plan from here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    If the payment stalls again, let me know. In that situation I will add the plan manually and send a manual payment form via email.

    It’d be worth checking in a different web browser this time too.
