  How to process payment for my upgrade?

  is there a support number to call and process payment?

  You can renew your upgrades here:

  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  However, I don’t see any upgrades associated with your account. In order to renew an upgrade you need to be logged in as the user that originally purchased the upgrade.
