Is your site hosted here on WordPress.com or is it using the WordPress software and it’s hosted elsewhere? If it’s the latter, then you have to post in the WordPress.org support forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).

My website is hosted on godaddy.com. The issue i’m having is that i recently had someone make changes to my website due to an issue that needed to be fixed, once the developer looked at my website i was told that the person i let fix the problem didn’t fix it. He told me that he tried to use multiple themes at once and now the product number on the products page is incorrect. My issue is that i need to know how to remove duplicated themes. I’m not a developer so i do not want to go inside my files and make changes to something that might interrupt my website. This is why i personally need someone to help me with this.
