Product catalogue not displaying correctly

    Hello, I am using Astra theme and using the customizer for the majority of the website except for the Home page, which I am using Elementor for. While in the woocommerce customizer editing the product catalogue page, I have set the amount of products to display to 12 except on the live site after the 12 are shown, it then shows one large product per row where the page count would usually be. i have gone through and checked for plugin conflicts, cleared the cache and tried to google but have not found a solution. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thank you.

    Did you refer to scentric.com.au as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.
