Product Category Count showing as zero (0)

  For some of the product categories we have on our website (woocommerce), the count is showing as zero (0) when it should have a different number under it. i.e. the Category ‘Ancillary’ is showing the count as zero, however, it should have been 5 (we have 5 sub-categories under it). That issue is causing those categories to not show in the Products menu in the main page. This is happening to some categories only. How do we fix it?
