Product Data tab & Customization not working

Hi, I recently did an update and now I cannot edit anything on the product page under the product data tabs. I click on them but nothing changes. Then i tried going to Appearance Customization and this will not load. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

By the update, do you mean a WordPress update or any theme or plugin update?
What is the link of your site in question?

Hi, I sort of just ran an update on everything that needed updating over the weekend but I don’t remember there being any significant plugin, and I do remember there being a WordPress update so I just assumed that is what caused this, but I could be wrong. The site is : http://www.miajewelshop.com

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
