Hi,
It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

ARe you having trouble with WooCommerce? If you have a paid WooCommerce product, please reach out here: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.

Hey there,
Here is the site link https://wordpress.com/stats/day/electrorow.com
Oh! You’ll want to use https://electrorow.com. That page is a link to your Jetpack stats, and only you can access it.
About the products page:
https://electrorow.com/shop-2/I just see one product there. And I see the button on the front page does not link to the products page.
Unfortunately I can’t see or fix the admin side of the site because it does not use our managed hosting:
https://wordpress.com/go/website-building/wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org/You’d be welcome to move your site here if you’d like, so we can provide more direct help! Here’s how you would get started:
https://wordpress.com/support/import/Or if you’d like, you can ask in the forums for the free software. You would need to create an account at https://wordpress.org/ , then ask here:

Create a database for WordPress on your web server, as well as a MySQL (or MariaDB) user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying it.
I have never used MySQL or Mari DB so can i skip that and still get help by importing the site? -
Hi i am also trying to create an account on WordPress.org. When i fill in the information wordpress.org sents me a mail to click on the link for password but when i click on the link it brings me back to the same page where it already asked me about occupation, website, interest etc. how will i create my account?

Hmm, I can’t speak for the folks at WordPress.org (we are a company, it’s a separate foundation) but I do know a few people who help there. I’ll share your comment with them so they can take a look.
As for our service, though, you would want the Full Site Import. It would require a Business Plan, which includes SSL hosting, as well as direct support, maintenance, security, spam protection, backups, and a lot of other nice services.

Hi i have solved the issue regarding the check out page.
Now i have another issue when i am trying to edit my page with UX builder it keeps on loading forever. Why do you think it is happening?
Yes please do share my comment with wordpress.org cause i am not getting the help i should suppose to. You told me first to get my site on wordpress.com as i am already on wordpress.com and not on wordpress .org.
Does wordpress.com dont have any customer support?

WordPress.com does have excellent customer support for paid plans.
You can buy our service and import your site to access our direct customer support:

Hi there,
You can see a full listing of our managed plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Please note that to use 3rd party themes and plugins (WooCommerce, Elementor, Flatsome, etc.) you will need our Business Plan or eCommerce Plan as we do not have that functionality on our lower plans.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
