Product image does not appear in shop

  Hello,

  I’m using Woocommerce with the Penscratch2 theme.

  When I click on the “shop” the product image does not display. Instead a get a grey box appears where the image should be.

  The link to the individual product page works and when on the individual product page the product image works fine.

  Does anybody know a solution? I’m a coding and computer biff, so any help would be appreciated!
