Product Images not showing on Chrome browsers

  Hello, I just updated the theme and design for my website Writing Roots. When you open the store and go beyond the categories, it doesn’t show any of the product images when using a Chrome browser (it seems to work fine in IE and Firefox). Once you get into a product and hover over an image with your mouse, you can see the zoomed-in version and the thumbnails for the other colors. I can’t find where the problem is, or if it’s a Chrome issue I can’t fix.

  By the way, I’m using the theme Neve.

  Update: I opened it in Firefox while not logged into my WP account and the images didn’t work there either. So the only browser (that I’ve troubleshooted) where they work is IE.

  I can see your products in both Chrome and Firefox. Could you send us a screenshot of what exactly do you see on your end? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:

  That’s the screenshot of the products page. As I look into it more, I don’t think it’s browser-based, but WordPress login based. It works on my laptop where I use Chrome if I’m logged into my WP account.

  Oh, I almost forgot the other part of the problem.

  Here’s what it looks like when you try to look at the product. You can see the thumbnails, but not the actual item.

  When you hover over the item, it zooms in as if the picture were there and working.

  Hi there,

  I tested your product page on all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on both Windows and macOS. The product images are displayed correctly on all of them. Here’s a screenshot from Chrome:

  

  I suggest clearing Chrome’s cache and also disabling any browser extensions that you might have installed.
