Product picture got cut off

Each of our product contains multiple pictures in the same size. When you first entered into the product page, the first few pictures looks okay, but if click the arrow to view the next, the picture will be cut off (usually on the 4th click) from a rectangle to a square. All the pictures used to work okay when I first uploaded them to the media library, but somewhere along the way I noticed this issue. Tried different ways to adjust the picture sizes but still not working, pictures got cut off after clicking arrows to view next pictures. Anyone experienced this before?

Themes can define image sizes as explained here. If the theme does not declare image sizes, you can set them or even disable image cropping at Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images
