Product Picture will not upload using enfold theme

  Hi Guys

  i wonder if anyone can help me as im having big issues with the back end of my site. im using the enfold 2017 theme with woocommerce and im trying to add a product which ive managed to do successfully.
  However, the issue im having is uploading the product image. once the image is uploaded it is not visable, but if you hover over where the picture is supposed to be and click it pops up. i know im doing something wrong, but im very new to all this and ive been stuck here trying to figure this out. I’ve left a link below so you can see whats happening

  It looks like you are using WordPress.ORG for your website(http://akenathanjames.com/) and is hosted at 1&1. So i am sorry… but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not WordPress.ORG.

  Both are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
