    We don’t sell advertising to individual advertisers on WordPress.com. All ads on WordPress.com sites are placed by advertising networks with whom we partner.

    If you want to monetize your WordPress.com site with paid reviews you are allowed to do that, provided that all content on your site is original and created by you. Simply reposting reviews from other sites will lead to your site being suspended.
