Product reviews not showing only for one product (Woocommerce)

  Hi, my product reviews are not showing only for one product. I am using Flatsome theme and the product reviews show on the UX builder but not on the frontend.

  Additionally, when I switch my site to Chinese using WPML, the reviews are numbered at 0. I have already added the code according to https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000508678-wpml-show-reviews-in-all-languages
  but it still does not work.

  Please advise.
