The site will not respond to me adding product tags to my products
The site will not let me add product photos to my products
The site will give me a blank white page when I want to customize a theme
What can I do? What can be the issue?

This is an issue with your https://informativemarketing652434152.wordpress.com/ site? I don’t see any products on that site so I’m not sure I understand your question. Is it possible you created your site under a different login?
Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Hello and thank you for the response :) Oh I was using it for another word press account. I was made an admin because I am building a site that is under a godaddy hosting service. I have someone making the site for me, but I asked for admin rights to make correction so any issues could be resolved faster, but this roadblock has been an issue.

The site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy web hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the version of the platform GoDaddy uses) are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. Also our user registration system is quite different than what is offered on self-hosted (.org) sites, so we would not be able to help with this specific issue.
