Product Thumbnail Photos Stretched and cropped issue

    I have the flatsome premium theme installed and am using woozone. I am unsure if the issue is at the woozone import level or if it has to do with the theme. In Amazon the images appear with white padding around them, and now I’m thinking Amazon does this to save space on images. Not sure exactly. They appear fine in the woozone plugin but for some reason when I see them imported they show up like this:

    As you can see the thumbnails are stretched and are missing the white padding around them that would all make them the same size. Also the products in my catalog are all cropped and missing the white padding around them (If you want to see go to the shop). This results in some weird stretching and cropping as well.

    I have tried going to the appearance settings, I have tried changing cropping in settings > media. Not sure where else to go from here. If someone has a CSS solution that works too. If I had to guess the products need to have padding added around them and all made the same height.

    Any solution guys?

    @ozcomz this site isn’t hosted on our servers. WordPress.com (the service) is different from WordPress.org (the free software) and in any case it actually sounds like the issue is either with Flatsome or WooZone. I’d recommend reaching out to the folks you bought WooZone from first, as they’ll be your best bet, then the Flatsome people.
