Product transfer fails

Hello,
I tried to transfer a domain from one of my blogs to another one.
Unfortunately, the transfer failed and I get this message:“The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”
What can I do to resolve this problem?

I would like to move the domain “vertragsmanagement.com” from “vertragsmanagementblog.wordpress.com” to “vertragsmanagementnet.wordpress.com”.
