  Hi,
  I want to buy
  Premium Theme: Photographer
  The price shown is 69$ but when I want to purchase it it is 69 euros.
  I also see it is a Premium theme, will I have to upgrade to premium to be able to use it?
  I don’t understand why, can you explain,

  Due to the VAT on European purchases, the rate for the theme you’re interested in is a flat fee of 69 euros. This includes the added tax.

  I also see it is a Premium theme, will I have to upgrade to premium to be able to use it?

  Nope. The Premium theme and the Premium upgrade are two separate items. You do not need one to use the other. The Premium theme includes the layout, and all the features of Photographer.

  The optional Premium upgrade includes the following:
