Products Inner Page Design is Broken (WooCommerce)

Greetings everybody, we have a website that we stopped working on for a couple of days and then, out of the blue, the product inner page was completely broken.
Everything inside was messed up, it’s as if a CSS file ceased to exist, the “Choose size” button stopped working and customers wouldn’t be able to choose sizes, adding to cart button disappeared and we couldn’t get it back.
We are using WooCommerce for this website and Shella theme, I’m not sure what went wrong and when, we haven’t updated any plugins before this issue.

We have been trying to manually restore the design to what it was before, but we still have a long way to go, especially that we found no fix for the sizes and add to cart buttons.

You are actually asking for help in the wrong forum. Not to worry, I’ll point you in the right direction.
Your site http://stg.falcon-clients.com/OakStoreWeb/ is not hosted here on WordPress.com and it seems to use the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org hosted elsewhere. These versions are quite different from each other so the same solutions won’t apply. You can learn more about it here: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Now about your problem.
Because the issue is with WooCommerce and not with the WordPress installation, the right place to ask for help would be their forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
If you have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can get better help by creating a ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/But the actual problem seems to be with the theme, or most likely with the page builder you are using. I’m not 100% sure, but maybe you are using WPBakery as a page builder? In that case, I would recommend contacting them directly to help you fix the issue: https://support.wpbakery.com/
