Ok, please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin. The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers.
If you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:

Or if you’re using any premium or payment gateway add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:

I have another wordpress website that doesn’t have woocommerce and since the option to add the product is there, it is also behaving the same. This is a clear indication that the issue is with wordpress. Kindly confirm that wordpress also has a fuctionality to add products. Thanks even for your follo-up

Happy to confirm that WordPress default does not offer the ability to add products. I see your concern, however.
Themes can have lots of additional functionality in them that add to the default WordPress options. For example, it looks like you are using the Flatsome theme, which is a shop/eCommerce theme. Even if you did not have WooCommerce installed it would likely display the ability to add products on the backend because that functionality is built into the theme.
What my colleague is getting at is the pricing issue you see could be related to WooCommerce and something like dynamic pricing (which gives you the opportunity to create and display product discounts, for example). This is why we recommend checking with WooCommerce support as a next step to help you resolve this. We do hope you find the solution you need soon. :)
