Hello, I received an email from yourselves saying that you are trying to retake money for my professional email. What confuses me is that I have paid for this on the 2nd of May, but now says it expired two days ago?
I understand the premium has run out, due to moving jobs I won’t have the money to renew until next month. But I am unsure as to why a second payment for the premium email is being attempted

I’d like to clarify that the renewal for the Professional Email upgrade takes place on the 7th of each month. Upon checking your account, it appears that the last time you were charged for this was on April 29, which was for April’s renewal. Now that we’re in May, it’s time for your May renewal.
I understand that you might have seen the charge reflected in your bank account on the 2nd of May. This discrepancy is likely due to the processing times at your bank. Rest assured, the payment you made on the 2nd of May was for the April renewal, and no additional charges were made.
