Professional email and domain lost – recovery

Hey, I just deleted my domain (lingvistic.com) and the professional email associated.
When I try to renew, it says:
– «We have removed Professional Email for ‘lingvistic.com’ from your cart because the domain is not connected to your site»The questions:
- How / when can I get my domain back?
- Is my mailbox’ data reset if I can’t renew before its expiring (in 4 days)?
- Since the mail is connected to the domain (which I don’t have access to as I cancelled), how would I transfer it in the future if I want to use another mail host/provider?
