professional mail address not working

We have a problem with the e-mail address we bought from wordpress. We had already bought the .com website, with no problems whatsoever, so we decided to buy the professional mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff). We completed the procedure successfully and the payment went through smoothly (48 euros for one year). But, several weeks later, we haven’t received any indication of how to configure and access the mail address. What are we doing wrong?
Thank you for your attention. We tried to post the same question on the italian support forum but we haven’t got any feedback. We can’t even find any indications to get a refund, in case we can’t manage to solve the problem.

Thank you for you reply Chris. I tried logging in using the same password as my wordpress account, but it doesn’t work, and it’s the only password I have.

When signing in at that link, can you enter your (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address? Then click “I don’t know my password”, and then specify that you don’t know any previous passwords. You should then have the option to have a new password sent to your other email address.
Keep in mind that your Google Apps/Email password will be different from your WordPress.com credentials. They’re two different services.

I have managed to confirm my google apps account and now we are on the free trial. The guy from the google support I talked with says that our payment did not reach google, for some reason, and suggested me to bring the problem here. I am absolutely sure the payment went through since we have the receipt wordpress sent us, but wordpress hasn’t “linked” our payment to our google apps account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
What can we do to solve this situation? -
It sounds like you set up an additional Google Apps account. At this point, the best bet is probably to continue using the one you just created, with the trial from Google. I’ve refunded your payment to us. Does that work?

I got help setting the old one, I think… what a mess!
At this point, I think we would be happy with a refund. Have you already sent it? If so, I think we still haven’t received it (it doesn’t show on our credit card, at least). Do you need any more information to make it possible? -
The refund is on its way. It may take up to a few days to post to your statement, depending on your bank.
