Profile and account parameters blocked

  It’s a mess… I need quick help.
  I had a blog on a free platform : italiancha.wordpress.com
  I then create another one called «mon site»
  When I go on the dashboard, I can’t see the two at the same time. It’s like I only have «mon site».
  A few weeks ago, I bought a domaine : acbarbaresco.com from wordpress with the google app for related emails : (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Now when I log in/wordpress, I have a profile name : italiancha, from which all the parameters of my account are blocked, I can’t change the name, I can’t access the information, it’s all blocked. And still, I can’t see the italiancha.wordpress.com blog from it, I only site «mon site» under the acbarbaresco.com domain, and the title is « 4 on 5 dentist recommend this…».

  I need help to clarify, simplify and have access to my account parameters.

  Hello there!

  I had a blog on a free platform : italiancha.wordpress.com

  I still see that site here:
  https://italiancha.wordpress.com/

  I also see the domain (acbarbaresco.com) that is connected to your site(acbarbaresco.wordpress.com). It can be managed here:
  https://acbarbaresco.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Now when I log in/wordpress, I have a profile name : italiancha, from which all the parameters of my account are blocked, I can’t change the name, I can’t access the information, it’s all blocked.

  After you log into “italancha,” you should be able to adjust your personal settings here:
  https://acbarbaresco.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings

  Please let me know how that works for you.

  Thanks a lot for the prompt response.
  The thing is when i try to access the account info, still the buttons and info are blocked : https://wordpress.com/me/account
  Anywhere I click on, nothing happens.

  And if I do «switch site», it stays on acbarbaresco it doesn’t go on the italiancha one. Is this due to the fact that I bought the google app on the acbarbaresco.com?

  Hello there!

  Your domain acbarbaresco.com wasn’t purchased for italiancha.wordpress.com. Both Google Apps and your domain were registered in connection to the WordPress.com site, acbarbaresco.wordpress.com. Perhaps there was some confusion when you registered it? If you’d like, I can transfer the domain (acbarbaresco.com) to italiancha.wordpress.com.

  Let me know if this is what you’d like, and I can take care of it for you.

  Could you please log into your site on another browser, and let me know if the same issue is occurring? You can use Chrome or Firefox as your browser instead. Let me know the results.
