profile attached to posts

  I don’t want my profile attached to my posts. How do I disable that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Change themes. Very few display the author info.

  ok, thanks. That’s the only solution? If so, is there a way to determine that on a new theme before changing to it?

  Well, if you have the Custom Design upgrade you can hide it on any theme.

  Preview the themes you’re interested in. There you can see if the author info is displayed or not.

  Very few themes have an author profile that displays below every post. In most themes there is no such feature and the data derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) does not appear on the blog, it appears appears on your Gravatar profile page only. If you delete the text in that section it will not longer appear on your Gravatar Profile page or in the author profile below each post.

  Can you help me with another question? I’m using the “Morning After” theme and I believe it has three columns on the front page, but I can’t seem to access the columns to customize or hide. As a result, there is duplicate links. The only way I could get rid of the middle column was to activate a static page rather than having my posts on the front page. Please advise.

  But the link you show in your original post is using Enterprise. Are you asking about a different site?

  Thank you, so much! No, it was the same site. I had changed the theme after writing my question and before you responded. I’m on the fence as to which one to use. thanks again.
