Hi I have created a new profile category, but the full details of the person is not showing up.

Hi thank you for your message. The problem has sorted itself out now – I have deleted one category of staff and so it is letting me use the new PhD Researcher profile page. http://cees.leeds.ac.uk

Thank you for update, glad to hear that the issue is solved.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers of WordPress.com.
