Profile changes not taking effect

    in My Profile – I have updated my display name but my old name still appears on all past comments.

    in Personal Settings – I deleted the URL link that I had previously set linking to another of my blogsites but this link still keeps appearing as well (in bottom left of screen).

    This is an issue for me as this site will be changing soon from being a private site to public and I no longer wish to be identified by my surname, only my first name. I need the changes to be retrospective.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Your old name will always display on all past comments. The changes occur only going forward.
