  How do I keep my profile photo from appearing in my header photo?

  You can disable it by going to My Site > Customize > Theme options > Header Gravatar, remove the email address and click on Publish

  I, a beginner, worked for hours on a post. The site indicated it was being saved. However, when I tried to find the updated version, the old version appeared. Yikes! How do I find the new version?
