profile image and gravatar question
-
Hi! When I open my blog, the small picture to the left of the address in the address bar is sometimes a picture of my face. This was an old profile picture. I have since changed the profile picture and my Gravatar image. The new image is of the Chicago flag. This image appears next to the blog name in the black bar at the top of the blog screen (where I can access the dashboard, search box, etc.). I want this image to be the one in the address bar, too, but I can’t get that to happen. Actually, it switched to the new image this evening, but then I’ve opened the blog since then and the old image is back. I thought I had switched all possible images. Can you tell me what I’m missing?

Did you end up sorting this all out? I see your new image appearing there.
For future reference the image next to your URL in the address bar is separate from your Gravatar. You can set it at Settings > General in your Dashboard.
Sometimes that can take a few hours to update in your browser so if you don’t see the change immediately you can try clearing your cache and cookies.

Thank you! It’s good to know that you can see the new image. I’ll clear cache and cookies as suggested. Thanks!
