profile information

  I’ve updated my profile but the old information continues to display on my blog site. I’ve emptied the cache in my browser but the problem continues. What else can I try?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  P.S. If you post the modlook tag the n also provide this information for Staff:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

  To access WordPress I am using a Dell Inspirion 5559 Laptop running Windows 10 and Google Chrome 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit).

  May I please ask exactly where you see the profile information displaying on your site?

  Screenshots can be very helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  The profile info displays just below my name and profile pic on the main page of my blog. If I hover over the pic, the new info displays. However, below the pic is the old info. Thanks!

  That information appears to be in a widget. All widgets can be accessed at http://jtmoger.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
